Melloré prefers to use USPS for domestic and international deliveries. Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays. 

  • Purchases up to $200 will receive a $9 Priority USPS shipping rate - signature confirmation is available by request. - Domestic Only
  • Purchases over $200 will include complimentary Priority USPS shipping - signature confirmation will automatically be included. - Domestic Only

All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise.

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. If you are shipping within the US, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to California State.

Free shipping valid on purchases made at mellore.co only. Free shipping valid on purchases of $200 or more before shipping, handling and taxes are added. Offers cannot be applied to previous purchases or the purchase of gift cards and cannot be redeemed for cash. Free shipping will be automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout. Terms of offer are subject to change.

INTERNATIONAL

If customer is shipping to a destination outside the US, on top of Melloré’s shipping cost, tax, customs and import duties will be levied by the customer’s local government. All additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer. This can range from 20% to 40% of the order value.

SERVICE DELAYS

mellore.co is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by natural disasters or severe weather cases. In emergency cases like these, please directly contact your courier with any inquiries about the status of your package. 

FAILED DELIVERIES & RETRUNED PACKAGES

In any situation the courier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address, customer’s refusal to pay duties, or multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, mellore.co is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs.
