Returns & Exchanges

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Melloré will exchange or refund goods received back to us in Los Angeles within 14 days of the date of delivery. All goods must be returned unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition with original tags.

Intimates, stationery, beauty products and sale items are all final sale. No refund.

Client are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of Melloré or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, alien will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges.

Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for your refund (returned items less any shipping costs) to post to your credit card. All refunds will be given in the same method as original payment.

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. Melloré will not refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.

All sale items are all final sale.

RETURN LABEL

A pre-paid, pre-addressed Return Label is included with your order. No postage is required. Please note: -$5.95 per returned package will be deducted from your return credit when using the Return Label.

Affix the Return Label to the package, drop it in the mail, give it to your postal carrier, or take it to any authorized USPS facility.

Melloré store will gladly accept return of items purchased from Melloré.co or from a Melloré store. Merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged may be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days of the date of delivery.

Melloré GIFT CARD POLICY

Gift Cards may be used or applied to any purchase made in store or online.
All Gift Cards are final sale and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
Cards will not be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
Any lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. 
Discount codes cannot be applied to gift cards.
